AutoRingVolume

Based on this research article, MarcLandis created this cool software called AutoEingVolume which can adjust Ringer volume based on the ambient noise level. Basically it record the ambient noise level through the mic of your Windows Mobile phone and set the ringer volume based on some hardcoded thresholds. the applications runs, checks ambient noise, adjusts volume, and quits itself. There is no repeats. A such it is best to have a scheduler application so you can set it to run several times a day. Download free here.
