    1.Transfer the file to your phone through microsoft activesync(win xp) or windows mobile centre(vista above) from your PC
    2.Install the file from your phone;using file explorer by clicking on the file u had transfered.

    The Above touch Twit version 1.6 there is a bug.
    Go to new link above added with Touch Twit v1.7 fixed.Uninstall the old version and install the new one.Cheers
