How to Save Notes to Storage Card

By default,windows mobile Professional saves newly created Notes to \My Documents\ folder on your Device. You might loose them in case of a failure necessitating a Hard Reset in case you don't have a recent backup handy or you haven't synced with Outlook, but you can set Notes up so that it saves your notes straight to Storage Card, keeping them safe over there. Read on to find out how!

Open Notes from your Start Menu or Programs and go to Menu, Options if you already have created at least one note (or open Notes and tap on the upper right OK, then tap on Menu, Options in case you've never created a note on your device). While in Options, change to Storage Card at the "Save to:" dialog, then OK and Close. New notes will be from this moment on saved to Storage Card root.
